WigoMarket (WM) is a B2B e-commerce platform that supplies food and agricultural products to retailers worldwide. WM is responsible for creating and updating the product catalog showcased on the platform. WM serves as the exclusive vendor to the retailers, with all suppliers of the showcased products acting as suppliers to WigoMarket.
WM directly manages order shipping and tracking. Any retailer inquiries related to orders are addressed by WM Customer Support. WM owns and oversees the stock inventory and order fulfillment. WM independently handles its marketing, branding policy, and customer service for all products sold on the platform.
WM issues invoices to the retailers and employs a Payment Service Provider to process payments from the retailers. All product exchanges or returns, refunds, or claims are managed by WM without involvement from third-party brands.
To place orders with WigoMarket and benefit from its advantages (financing, express delivery..), Retailers have to subscribe to its TradePlus program.
The WigoMarket TradePlus program (the "Program”) is a monthly subscription that allows retailers to make purchases on the WigoMarket e-commerce platform while accessing various specific benefits. The Program is available to retailers under the following conditions (the "Program T&Cs”).
The Program T&Cs are binding and accepted by retailers upon account creation. All capitalized terms are defined in the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.
For additional inquiries, retailers are encouraged to review the WigoMarket Help Center (FAQ) articles or contact Customer Support if necessary.
The Program is open to retailers based in countries not under trade restrictions or embargoes. The Program specifically targets member countries of the European Union, but might cover other area in the future.
All Retailers are entitled to a free trial of the Program for a minimum of 30 days, with a limit of one free trial per Retailer.
WigoMarket may request at any time that the Retailer provide any documents necessary to verify that the Retailer meets the criteria before confirming their registration, particularly to prevent duplicate accounts.
Retailers agree to the Program's Terms and Conditions (the "Members") fully and without reservation upon subscription. WigoMarket retains the right to impose additional conditions for Program registration at any time.
WigoMarket reserves the right to modify or withdraw any of the following benefits with 15 days' notice:
1. Shipping Fee Exemptions
Members who subscribe to the Program will not incur shipping costs for orders under €300.
Members are still responsible for any other shipping fees that may apply, especially for charges related to "long distance" orders or "surcharge" fees.
2. Extended Payment Terms
With prior approval from Hokodo, and subject to Hokodo's financing terms, Members can enjoy extended payment periods of up to 90 days.
These extended payment terms are provided according to the current Hokodo financing terms. WigoMarket is not liable for Hokodo's decisions regarding the granting of these payment terms to Members.
Payment terms offered directly by WigoMarket to Retailers are subject to the prevailing Conditions.
3. Express Delivery
Members in certain European locations (major cities like Paris, Barcelona, or Brussels) may be eligible for express delivery within 48 working hours. This service is only guaranteed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
WigoMarket cannot ensure express delivery during the Member's operational days and hours. Deliveries made outside these times, yet within 48 hours, will not entitle the Member to any compensation. Similarly, if a delivery time agreed upon between the carrier and the Member falls beyond the 48-hour window, no compensation will be provided.
Orders paid via SEPA transfer are not eligible for delivery within 48 hours.
4. Loyalty Discount
Members can enjoy exclusive discounts offered by WigoMarket to their most loyal customers. These discounts are available provided that the Member's monthly expenditure with WigoMarket reaches a minimum of €5000 over the same quarter. WigoMarket reserves the right to offer this benefit at its sole discretion.
The €5000 threshold only includes the cost of the products purchased, excluding delivery charges, VAT, or any other fees charged to the Member. Quarters are set periods, not rolling (January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30, October 1 to December 31).
Joining the Program requires an upfront payment of a monthly fee (excluding tax), as set by WigoMarket and outlined in the FAQ.
Upon subscription, Retailers must provide their payment details, even for a free trial. This information is securely processed and stored by an independent Payment Service Provider (PSP), and WigoMarket never accesses the Member's payment details held by the PSP.
WigoMarket will notify Members 7 days before the end of their free trial and before the first payment is due. Members are responsible for ensuring they receive communications from Wigo Market.
Members may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by using the dedicated link within their Account. This termination must be done before the day preceding the next scheduled direct debit to avoid charges for the following month.
Termination requests sent directly to WigoMarket by any other means may not be processed in time, and WigoMarket is not liable for this.
Members who terminate their participation before the end of the current month will retain access to the Program until that month concludes. Fees for the Program are non-refundable, and any month begun is payable in full.
WigoMarket may exclude any Member from the Program if they no longer meet the criteria outlined in Article 2, including for fraud, abuse, having multiple accounts, or non-compliance with the Program's Terms and Conditions.
WigoMarket may modify or terminate the Program at any time, with a 15-day notice.
Members acknowledge that they are early users of the Program, which is still under development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. The Program may undergo significant changes, and WigoMarket is not liable for these issues.
